Online Banking Security
In addition to Access ID and Password, location, and device recognition, we utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts all communications to protect our clients’ personal information, accounts, and transactions during each Online Banking registration and log in.  By displaying the website identification and certificate, clients can be sure they’re logging into our actual Online Banking, rather than a phony site pretending to be ours.    

Online Banking clients should contact us immediately if unauthorized access has been identified, even if there does not appear to be any loss involved. We will investigate all intrusion attempts promptly and report them to the proper authorities.

Internal Security
From the design of our network and the software we use, to the procedures followed by our team-members, information security is at the forefront of everything we do.  

We maintain state-of-the-art physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards.  Our secure data center protects our equipment, network, and software, as well as our team-member and client information.

Established policies incorporate security measures that limit our team-member access to clients’ personal information to a “need to know” only basis.  Background checks are performed on team-members and they are required to sign a non-disclosure confidentiality agreement prior to employment.
